The first Monday of (almost) every month, we dedicate the space to Women*, Girls and Non-Binary riders.

These sessions are all about creating a safe, welcoming and genuinely supportive environment — especially for anyone who might feel overlooked or intimidated in more traditional sessions. Whether it’s your first time stepping into a skatepark or you’ve been riding for years, everyone is encouraged to take up space, try new things, and progress at their own pace.

For £10, you get access to the full facility, free use of all equipment, and hands-on support from our professional coaches. Our team is there to offer guidance, build confidence, and help you progress — whether that’s learning your first drop-in, refining tricks, or just getting comfortable moving around the park.

What makes these nights special is the atmosphere. There’s no pressure, no judgement — just people backing each other, sharing tips, and celebrating every win, big or small. It’s about community as much as it is about progression.

We’ve seen first-timers come back month after month, building confidence, making connections, and becoming part of a growing, supportive scene. That’s what this night is about — making space, breaking down barriers, and making sure everyone feels like they belong here.

Whether you’re into skateboarding, BMX, roller skating, parkour or trampolining — or just curious to try something new — you’re welcome.

The Loading Bay works alongside Women on Wheels, Movement Park, and Rock Up and Ride to make these sessions happen, helping us keep things inclusive, accessible and community-driven.

Come down, meet like-minded people, and be part of something that’s continuing to grow every month.
